We’re looking for an artisan to join us at a startup built to be a bastion of creativity for watchmakers, artists, fabricators, & artisans.

This is not a traditional shop. Management layers are minimal, we value ideas over titles, and we believe the best work happens when skilled people are trusted. Every technical and creative contribution is visible. The best ideas get built.

We create things we believe in. We focus on shipping product.

What You’ll Work On

The projects you’re excited about.

Our desks and benches are literally on wheels. You’ll join the project(s) that interest(s) you most—or propose a new one and convince others to build it with you.

(In addition to salary, you’ll also participate financially in the upside of the projects you work on).

This is an early-hire role, which means:

• Flexibility in your focus

• Room to shape your responsibilities

• A voice in how the studio evolves

Skills and Background

(You do not need all of these.)

·       Strong hands-on craft (art, fabrication, jewelry, design, or similar)

·       Painting, airbrushing, finishing, or surface work

·       Comfort working at small scale with precision

·       Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate

·       Watch assembly / anything watchmaking related

·       Bonus skills: pad printing, leather work, CAD, photography, video production

If you happen to be a watchmaker, special consideration for applicants with experience working on both vintage and modern movements.

Base salary $80,000-$100,000 based on ability; + bonuses, benefits, etc.
